Ryan Dando is a highly experienced commercial and cost management professional with over 23 years of experience delivering major construction, infrastructure, aviation, rail, and data centre projects. His expertise encompasses commercial management, contract administration, quantity surveying, project controls, cost engineering, and financial management.

Ryan currently provides lead commercial and cost consultancy services within the data centre sector, supporting major developments across the UK and Europe. His project portfolio includes large-scale data centre developments in Frankfurt, Amsterdam, London, and Zagreb, as well as significant infrastructure projects including Crossrail, Heathrow Terminal 2, Heathrow Terminal 5, the London 2012 Olympic Games, and major rail electrification schemes.

Throughout his career, Ryan has held senior positions with leading organisations including Linesight, Atkins, Morgan Sindall, Honeywell Building Solutions, and Mace Aviation. He has extensive experience managing commercial processes, contract administration, change control procedures, cost reporting, project forecasting, and financial controls under NEC, JCT, and FIDIC contracts.
