Biography
Andrei Brăgaru is a renowned civil engineer with wide international experience in construction and engineering, specialising in construction claims, insurance claims, quantum analysis, contract and cost management, risk management and quantity surveying. He is recognised for his meticulous analysis of contract documents and project records when preparing and defending claims for contractors, subcontractors and employers.
Andrei holds a BSc and MSc in Civil Engineering from U.T.C.B. in Romania and is a member of the MCIOB and MQSi. His project experience spans Romania, the UAE, KSA, Oman, the UK and Rwanda — covering commercial and residential developments, oil & gas facilities, infrastructure and military projects. Fluent in English and Romanian, he is an established delay expert witness who guides clients through complex construction claims on a global scale.
