Biography
Tim Murdoch is a highly experienced Chartered Construction Manager and Delay Expert Witness with over 30 years of experience in the construction and civil engineering industries. He has provided planning, project controls, delay analysis, and dispute resolution services across a diverse portfolio including commercial offices, residential, healthcare, education, hotels, leisure, rail infrastructure, data centres, harbour works, and mixed-use schemes.
Tim previously held senior leadership positions within the PDSI Group, following more than 20 years with Profile Construction Consultants. He has extensive experience in forensic programming using Primavera P6, Elecosoft Power Project, and Microsoft Project, and is regularly appointed as a Delay Expert Witness on adjudication, mediation, and Technology and Construction Court matters.
