Sree Akumalla is a distinguished professional in the construction industry with over 20 years' experience. Her expertise encompasses forensic delay analysis, dispute resolution, and project management. She has made significant contributions preparing independent delay reports and baseline programmes for large-scale projects in the Middle East, spanning high-rise buildings, civil engineering, and major exhibitions.
Sree's skill set includes the preparation and defence of complex EOT claims, concurrent delay analysis, and providing high-level project risk management advice. She has managed forensic planning teams and implemented new planning processes for major contractors. Her dedication is reflected in numerous accolades including a Gold Medal from NICMAR and multiple Excalibur Awards.
