Biography

Peter has over 40 years' experience delivering major rail, infrastructure, defence and nuclear projects across the UK. As Project Director at MPG, he leads the Control and Display division through LB Foster in Nottingham, with full responsibility for Profit & Loss, procurement, staff management, client liaison and operational delivery — overseeing the design, manufacture, installation, testing and commissioning of Signal Panels, Mosaics, Totems, CIS Screens, Bracketry, Level Crossing CCTV and all Rail M&E works.

His career spans senior leadership roles at Costain (Projects Director MEP on Bakerloo Line Link and Bond St Crossrail, c.£100M MEP value), NG Bailey Rail Division (Operations Director — growing turnover from c.£7M to £57M), Spie Matthew Hall, Lorne Stewart and Drake & Scull. Peter has delivered mission-critical projects for Rolls Royce, Sellafield and Sizewell, and major data centre developments for Barclays and Credit Suisse, with deep expertise in HV/MV/LV power, compliance, energisation and handover in live environments.
