Paul has over 40 years of experience in commercial, contractual, and claims management. Specialising in large-scale infrastructure projects, he is highly regarded for his expertise in rail and metro systems, heavy civils, and complex claims. He has held senior roles with Tier One contractors and consultants, delivering high-value projects globally.
Throughout his career, Paul has delivered high-profile projects across the UK, Middle East, and Europe including the Doha Metro Gold Line, King Abdullah Financial District Light Railway, Riyadh Metro, Stansted Airport Transformation Programme, and major industrial infrastructure projects. He is recognised for providing strategic commercial advice, managing complex contractual disputes, and supporting arbitration proceedings.
