Lee Barwick is an established Technical Expert Witness and Commercial Manager with more than 36 years' experience in the rail, construction, and security sectors. Specialising in procurement, contract negotiations, and project management, Lee has demonstrated sustained success in leading complex projects and strategic sales opportunities. His extensive background encompasses roles from Senior Quantity Surveyor to Head of Sales, showcasing unparalleled expertise in commercial management and cost consultancy.
Lee's exceptional leadership qualities and analytical skills have been instrumental in the management of complex projects and driving sales opportunities. His time as the Owner and Managing Director of MPG Associates Quantity Surveyors in Abu Dhabi and Dubai showcased his capacity to lead a team of 70 people. He has held key roles such as Head of Sales UAE Commercial at Tyco Fire & Security and Senior Quantity Surveyor, with a strong impact on projects for clients like RAF Lakenheath, London Zoo, Crossrail, and the University of Wolverhampton.
