Ashley Foster is a highly experienced commercial and quantity surveying professional with more than 30 years of experience across the construction and building services sectors. His expertise includes quantity surveying, commercial management, procurement, contract administration, dispute resolution, and strategic commercial advisory services on projects ranging from £50,000 to £60 million in value.

Ashley has worked across commercial, residential, retail, industrial, healthcare, pharmaceutical, aviation, education, hospitality, and leisure sectors, supporting organisations including Heathrow Airport, Gatwick Airport, Stansted Airport, GSK Pharmaceuticals, Siemens, Balfour Beatty, Galliford Try, Imtech, Lorne Stewart, and Crossrail supply chain contractors. He has extensive experience working under NEC and JCT forms of contract.

Throughout his career, Ashley has provided support on adjudications, arbitrations, contract disputes, loss and expense claims, extensions of time, final account negotiations, variations assessments, and commercial audits. He has assisted clients with the preparation and defence of claims ranging from thousands to many millions of pounds, providing quantum assessments, contractual advice, and dispute avoidance strategies.
