Samson Parker

Samson Parker is a dedicated Quantity Surveyor who has gained extensive hands-on experience on significant projects such as Crossrail, alongside other residential and commercial sites. Having completed a BSc in Quantity Surveying, he intends to become RICS accredited this year. Samson has also completed the RICS Foundation and demonstrates exceptional skills in project management, site auditing, and financial reporting.

Samson has amassed a wealth of experience contributing to major construction projects including Crossrail (working on stations such as Whitechapel, Liverpool Street and Farringdon), along with numerous commercial, residential and luxury London residence schemes. His responsibilities have spanned on-site assessments through to financial auditing, showcasing his adaptability and keen attention to detail.

His academic background — including a BTEC Level 3 in Construction and the Built Environment and an HNC in Construction from London South Bank University — provides a solid foundation for his practical skills. Samson has distinguished himself through his speed of learning, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
