Mark Sayer

Mark Sayer is a highly respected professional in the field of construction, bringing over 30 years of experience in Quantity Surveying, Project Management, and Dispute Resolution. His career highlights include successfully leading and managing large teams on complex projects across high-rise development, civil engineering, petrochemical, rail infrastructure, and airport construction.

Before his current role, Mark was CEO of Middleton, and has also served as Head of Contracts for the Dubai International Airport expansion programme, reporting directly to the Dubai Government on delay and quantum matters. He subsequently served as Senior Vice President at Damac, overseeing claims and dispute-related issues throughout the Middle East, including the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Lebanon, and Jordan.

Mark has a proven track record in resolving disputes prior to formal proceedings and is frequently appointed as a Quantum Expert in arbitration for complex disputes. His extensive experience includes drafting referral documents for adjudication and significant involvement in arbitration and litigation.
