Biography

Edward Webb is a Chartered Civil Engineer with over 30 years of experience in civil and structural engineering across nuclear decommissioning, defence, rail, highways, marine, commercial and process sectors. He specialises in project delivery leadership, structural assessment, safety case substantiation and dispute resolution.

Edward has held senior leadership positions including Project Delivery Director, Technical Authority Lead and Framework Manager — working on significant projects for AWE, Sellafield, Magnox, Dounreay, Thames Water, Morgan Sindall, Doosan Babcock and James Fisher Nuclear. As Civil & Structural Expert Witness, his appointments have involved retaining wall failures, structural steel corrosion and post-tensioned structural failures for both public authorities and major contractors.
