Biography
David Featherstone is a Chartered Engineer and Fellow of CIBSE with over 36 years' experience in Building Services Engineering and a specialism in HVAC systems. As a former Engineering Director and Senior M&E Consultant, he is renowned for his role as an Expert Witness in HVAC disputes and for leading MEP project implementation across diverse construction sectors.
David has held senior positions including Engineering Director, Senior Change Manager, Quantity Surveyor, Technical Lead, Project Manager, Account Director and Senior M&E Consultant — spanning healthcare, education, hospitality, retail, industrial, residential, commercial offices, defence, sport & leisure, and arts & heritage projects. He is recognised for technical due diligence and independent expert advisory services.
